E Cigarette Customer Service

One of the largest things that keeps people frustrated with ordering online or choosing a brand of electronic cigarettes is the state of the customer service. Why does it seem so hard to make customer service about the customer? Think about every time you’ve heard a mention or discussion about customer service. Was any of it good? Why not? After all the entire point of customer service is to make your life, as the customer, easier, more efficient, and less stressful. So why are most people absolutely livid when talking to a customer service agent?

It could possibly be because most companies are blinded by dollar signs. They quickly forget that they’re padded pockets came from somewhere and treat the customer as if they’re a minor inconvenience that has nothing to do with the business. So where might you find a site that actually cares about you and goes out of their way to help make your purchase and electronic cigarette usage great? That’s where No. 7 steps up to the plate.

When it comes to customer service No. 7 is serious about the customer. Can we get a hallelujah? Not only does No. 7 go out of the way by treating the customer like they should but also remain grateful for the business. They haven’t forgotten who the consumer is and what the customer needs and wants. This not only provides a smooth transaction between company and customer but keeps customers coming back to stay up to date on new things. No. 7 truly is the best in the customer service game and their customers certainly seem to appreciate it.

I was wondering what is the difference between the regular disposable cartridges and the micro ones. Do they use different batteries?
